CIO Update: New Documents

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to read the CIO information and engage so thoughtfully with the proposal.

The dedicated CIO webpage brings together the background to the proposal, answers to members’ questions and all the supporting information.

In particular, please take a look at the Additional Documents section at the bottom of the page. This includes the resolutions members will be asked to vote on at the SGM, along with two newly added documents:

• the draft CIO constitution (PDF) >
• CVs introducing the proposed initial trustees (PDF) >

We’d encourage everyone to read these ahead of the SGM on Tuesday 1 September in the clubhouse. The meeting will open for discussion at 7pm, with voting beginning at 7.30pm.

This is an important decision for the future of our club, and we hope as many members as possible will take the opportunity to understand what is being proposed, come along and have their say.
