Summer Road Grand Prix
multi-event competition across the club’s road season.
Categories: Open, Women, W40+, W50+, V40+ and V50+
Open: The 1st finisher scores 12 points. Each subsequent finisher receives 1 point less, until the 10th finisher who receives 3 points. All other finishers receive 2 points.
Other Categories: The 1st finisher receives 6 points. Each subsequent finisher receives 1 point less, until the 5th finisher who receives 2 points. All other finishers receive 1 point.
Category winners are decided on their best aggregate score from four of eight races in the Grand Prix. If tied, the next best score will be taken into account. If still tied, the next remaining score will be taken into account, and so on.

Categories: Open & Women
Points are awarded to Open and Women separately based on their finishing position amongst Ranelagh runners in each race, with the first finisher receiving 100 points, the 2nd 99 points and so on. The highest cumulative score across all races will win each trophy.

Four mob matches
Four Surrey XC League races
Southern and National XC Championships.

These races are run “off the mark” based on handicaps decided by the Club Handicapper. In addition to trophies for the overall winners, the first three finishers, fastest three men, and fastest three women will receive medals. To be eligible, you must have competed in at least three races from those listed in the club fixture list or forming part of the Summer Road GP.
