a. Potential Increase in Subscriptions for 2027/28: Single proposal to be voted on, where the membership allow the Committee/Executive Committee the flexibility to maintain the existing subscription charges and/or if we move to a new membership portal the subscription fees will increase as follows:
A move to the England Athletics portal prompts a change to our approach as it allows First Claim members to choose if they want to have England Athletic membership or not – [Second Claim (£30) and Non-Running (£10) remain unchanged, as does the £10 per member Household Discount].
This impacts three of the Subscription rates:
Senior Member: Currently £75 [would move to £78 (which includes £23 for EA membership) or £55 without EA membership]
Under 30: Currently £20 [to £33 with EA membership or £10 without EA membership]
Country Membership (50% of Senior Membership): Currently £37.50 [to £39 with EA membership or £16 without EA membership]
b. Club Colours: Changed from Royal Blue to Dark Blue (this was traditionally the club colours and reflects the new club kit)

d. Annex B:

New criteria for deciding trophies if there is a tie in the Road Grand Prix
