Baker Cup Awards 2026

A night to celebrate
One of the highlights of the Ranelagh calendar returns on Friday 13 March, as we come together for the Baker Cup Awards.
This is our annual awards ceremony, and we want to invite the whole club to come together to celebrate our history, this years trophy winners, and enjoy a great night in excellent company.
What’s different this year?
Our prize-giving dates back over a century. The Baker Cup Race was first run in 1910, with the earliest recorded celebration taking place in 1911 on the same day, after the race.
This year though, we’ve split up the prize-giving and the race - moving this event slightly earlier in the year to avoid the Easter Holidays.
However, we continue the legacy of the event, by proudly displaying all our silverware and awarding this year’s trophies - a true reflection of Ranelagh Harriers’ rich history.
What to expect
We’ll be gathering in the private, seated and specially decorated Winchester Room at the Turks Head Pub in St Margarets, with the evening beginning with a welcome drink at 7.00pm and food served from 7.30pm.
Alongside the awards presentation, the night promises a relaxed vibe, plenty of atmosphere, conversation and entertainment - including a DJ and a touch of close-up magic.
Tickets are £35 per person, which includes:
A welcome drink
Buffet dinner and cake for dessert
Awards presentation
Entertainment throughout the evening
Exclusive use of a private room with its own bar
Partners are very welcome, and whether you’re receiving a trophy or simply coming to celebrate teammates and friends, don’t miss out on this brilliant whole-club social night.
Join us to celebrate everything that makes Ranelagh Harriers special.
Spaces are limited to 75 people, and this event will sell out — so early booking is strongly recommended.
