Digital Update

We’re thrilled to announce the launch our new website & online kit shop.


• OUR WEBSITE

Our website is the first step in our ongoing digital project, offering members a fresh, clean, beautifully designed and (we hope) easy-to-use site; incorporating our new look, colours and branding.

This first phase includes everything our club requires to operate in the short term.

We will continue building sections and migrating content in the coming months, as well as evolving the website in line with the findings of our ongoing strategy process.

Rest assured we will be adding in phase-by-phase, sections about our club’s history, stats, results etc.

For now, we’d like to extend a huge thanks to Narissa, Pete & Ed for the time, effort and dedication they have put into building a website to make our club proud.

Thanks also to members of the kit team, Jonny, Agnes & Cecily for helping with testing, and to Alex for help with the technical migration.


• ONLINE KIT STORE

Our website includes a new online kit store, where you can place your orders for more kit.

This is now live, so if you missed out on getting the kit you want, now’s the time to get your orders in.

a brief explainer on how it works:

  1. To obtain the best pricing, we have to reach a minimum order of 10 units per every item ordered. So, to gather all orders together, the shop will be open for a 3-week window to take orders and payment. We will have another order window later in the year.  

  2. The store is now open to take orders until 28 March 2025.

  3. All kit must be paid for when ordered. At the end of each order window, we will place a bulk order, and you can expect to collect your items from the clubhouse in 6 - 8 weeks.

  4. If the minimum order quantity for the item you’ve purchased is not met, we may have to cancel your order and issue a refund. If this happens, we will contact you.

  5. Should there be high demand for a particular item, we may be able to obtain it at a lower price. In which case we will be able to partially refund you the difference.

  6. Prices include VAT plus a small additional amount to cover payment provider fees.

Note:

  • If you couldn’t pick up the free kit you ordered because we didn’t have the right size left, please email coordinator@ranelagh-harriers.co.uk for the attention of our Kit Rep. You still need to place an order via the online store, but you will be given a code so you won’t be charged.

  • If you still haven’t picked up your free kit yet, please don’t reorder. We’ll be in touch with you to work out how best to get it to you.

• Membership Platform

We also have exciting plans to launch a new digital membership platform, which will allow members to update their annual registration with the club, manage medical, emergency & privacy details, agree to England Athletics’ Codes of Conduct, check in for training, and in due course, pay subs.

As you can appreciate, this will take some time to set up properly, so for this year, the process for renewing your subscriptions will remain exactly the same as previous years.
