Meet at Osterley Track at 7:30pm • Please come ready to run
Suitable for a range of runners, from experienced competitive runners, to those with a reasonable fitness level wanting to improve speed and endurance through interval track training.
Led by one or more qualified coaches or LiRF, sessions comprise warm-up/drills, intervals, and warm down.
