Ranelagh Xmas Party Poll

We are keen to ensure that our annual Christmas Party grows to become a key social event, with as many club members as possible joining in. To that, this year's offering would include:

  • A 3-course meal

  • Speeches & a celebration of Ranelagh/look back at the year

We have identifed a couple of options for a venue, and are conducting this short poll* to canvass and understand members' preferences. We'd be grateful if you could complete this by 12pm Friday 4 Sept. Thank you in advance for your time. 

*Kindly note that filling in this poll does not commit you to attend; it's simply to inform our planning.

The options We have identified are:

1. All Bar One, Richmond: £35-40pp + drinks extra.

  • 3 course meal (buffet style or informal sit down)

  • Shared space (upstairs until 10.30pm, then downstairs in the communal area)

  • ⁠Limited opportunity for after dinner speeches or dancing

2. The Lensbury, Teddington (or similar): £75pp + drinks extra

  • Private suite

  • Free welcome drink on arrival & 3 course sit down meal

  • Smarter venue with opportunity to dress up

  • Ample opportunity for after-dinner speeches

  • Possibility of DJ and dancing after dinner
