We’re hosting a FREE fun, family, track meet at Osterley track. Depending on numbers and entries we will look to include some traditional individual events, which you will need to enter using the form below, and there will be a series of fun TEAM events. Upon entering you will be assigned a team and confirmation of the events before the meet.

Please fill out the entry form below for each person, including children, family members etc. wishing to take part. Simply leave the individual events section for any juniors or family members just looking to come and have some fun, it is just so we have an idea of numbers in order to organise races and teams.

Possible individual events:

• 100m (heats and final)
• 400m
• 800m
• Mile
• 3k

Possible team events:

• Team relays
•  Backwards 100m
• Long jump
• Nerf throwing
• 3-legged race
• Team mate carrying
• Obstacle course

Other events

• Elimination mile:
  • 1 Mile | 4 Laps | 10 runners in each heat segmented by projected mile time | At the end of every lap, the last 2 participants in each heat are eliminated! Pulled off the track while the remaining competitors duke it out for glory until only 4 remain for the last lap – 1 emerges victorious!
