A call out to the Ranelagh Harriers mob to take back the Ellis Trophy from the strong Milocarians. The Stragglers are also on tremendous form, so club honour is very much at stake here.
As always, we require the efforts of every able-bodied Ranelagh Harrier to take back the Ellis Trophy and to retain the Dysart Cup. So once again, another call to arms to all Ranelagh Harriers to come for a ‘good run in the country side‘, to support our club and for the chance to bellow our Club Cry:
Zis Boom Bah
Rah Rah Rah.
An oldie, but a goodie it seems. The old Surrey League Course which is known to many a Ranelagh Harrier (over a certain age). We start at the usual mob match start (by the tree) and end at the manhole by Sidmouth Woods. From the start, head down Queen’s Ride and continue up to the Ballet School road. Then turn right and take the first right back down the side of the smaller of the Pen Ponds. Then it’s a left turn past Pen Ponds, taking a right at Pat’s Mound and up the path until you reach the road by Oak Lodge, to skirt round Sidmouth Woods. Repeat for another lap.
